Please open your order immediately upon arrival and inspect for problems or discrepancies.
Unsatisfactory orders will need to be returned to us and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of return and as long as we are notified within 10 days of receipt.
For a concern about no growth we will not issue replacements any sooner than 10 weeks after bulbs have been planted in appropriate conditions and temperatures.
