PRE-ORDER Information
You may see product listed for PRE-ORDER. This means that you will purchasing the product in advance. This helps us plan for demand and to prepare the necessary bulbs for the following season. Shipment dates are estimated and are included in the descriptions.

Returns

WE WILL NOT REFUND ORDERS REJECTED OR DESTROYED BY CUSTOMS. CHECK YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, however, depending on the circumstances, we will work with you in order to make sure you have a good experience.

Please understand that some responsibility is on you, as the gardener, to make sure you plant correctly and know if these will be hardy in your zone.

Customs Bio and Phytosanitary Certificates

I do not provide any certificates used for importing through customs, nor can I stay current on what the rules and regulations are for every country. Please check with your local customs for their rules and regulations on importing plants or plant bulbs.
