Lovable Pink | Award-Winning Pink Standard Dwarf Bearded Iris | Blue Buddha Farm

Soft, charming, and full of quiet beauty, Lovable Pink is the kind of iris that proves a flower doesn’t have to be tall to make a lasting impression.

Its beautifully ruffled blooms open in warm mid-pink tones, softly washed with light orchid through the center for a delicate layered effect. Subtle peach-tan veining adds depth near the hafts, while large coral-pink beards provide the perfect finishing touch. The result is a bloom that feels romantic, refined, and wonderfully cheerful all at once.

As a Standard Dwarf Bearded Iris (SDB), Lovable Pink reaches only about 12 inches tall, making it ideal for rock gardens, border edges, pathways, containers, and smaller spaces where its intricate color can be appreciated up close. Its compact size also makes it especially beautiful planted in groups, where the pink blooms create a charming ribbon of spring color.

Introduced by Paul Black in 2013, Lovable Pink has earned both an Honorable Mention and an Award of Merit, a reflection of its beauty and dependable garden performance.
