Keep all contents and packaging. • For a concern about no growth we will not issue replacements any sooner than 10 weeks after bulbs have been planted in appropriate conditions and temperatures. We use discretion when returning items for no growth. • Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation. • We do not refund items that are seized or destroyed or lost due to customs.
