Wizard of Oz is a charming, candy-pink pompon dahlia loved for its perfect form and delightful, cheerful presence. • Please open your order immediately upon arrival and inspect for problems or discrepancies.
• You must notify us within 48 hours from receipt for consideration of dead or damaged items. Keep all contents and packaging.
• For a concern about no growth we will not issue replacements any sooner than 10 weeks after bulbs have been planted in appropriate conditions and temperatures. We use discretion when returning items for no growth.
• Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation.
• We do not refund items that are seized or destroyed or lost due to customs. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
• We will not refund orders when the delivery status is not updated to delivered. NO exceptions.
